Good rate, food in bar was good. Service in bar very friendly and prompt. The triple room was clean and warm. A confusing amount of dark, chilly corridors and no remote control for the small tv. Ok for a quick stopover on a budget
Top Tip
This was a last minute booking for proximity to the airport. Easy to get to in ten minutes if other budget hotels are fully booked

Our family were in rooms #2135 and 2131 (or 2129?). The doors into both rooms and others nearby were badly needing reply - they would not shut unless given a hard 'BANG' that was not disturbing. Rooms are not soundproof so guests can distinctly here loud talking from neighbouring rooms and hallway.
We found it v ery difficult to locate the hotel driving in from the West on an M highway. There wrere no signs pointing us to the hotel.

Hotel is noisy at weekends. Windows are single glazed so we could not get to sleep. Guests were singing in the corridor at 2.30 in the morning. Parking costs are excessive for hotel guests.
Bar staff were excellent which made our stay bearable.
I am 65 years old and I can honestly say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Easy access to city centre which has very nice shops and restaurants.
